On and On the Days Go On!

On and On the Days Go On
On and On what i've made wrong?

Nah.. i dont want to finish the song coz its quite negative though.

The past weeks i've been all around. Been to KCH for 21 and half hours, been to JB twice, found the "hardest to find batery in the world" for my camera with a weird batery. Met a few people while reading at the bookstore, I manage to share a few thoughts with people about incomes and being financially stable. Many refused to dream much and do nothing on it, letting life be as what it is. Some people do dream big, but then they refuse to do anything, some quite while trying. Thats why i think the stats were really true, out of 100 people, only 5 will be rich, only 1 will be wealthy.

Anyway, life is about perspective, we can see what we allow ourselves to see. We can be (by god's will) what we want to be, convenient or not to achieve it, if its a burn, we will commit.

Last nite I attended the Smart Money game, facilitated by Stephen Chin, a successfull business owner and as well a writer for the economic segmen. It was really interesting that he always emphasis on diversifying sources and being calculative in risk taking. In that very realistic game last nite, I've learnt much on the needs of using OPM (other people's money : bank, friends, cc), calculating risks in investments, morgage and loan payments, and also, passion and persistence to be financially free.

A nurse (my occupation card), who is financially intelligent can compete with architects, engineers, lawyers to bid for anything in creating passive income, by just playing it smart. The whole table last nite just wished that we all pass more on "choose a deal" or "real estate"!. We just couldn't land on the spot! ;).

Financial Dicipline
- 10% of salary goes to Saving
- 10% goes to charity (REMEMBER= Parents are not CHARITY!, Helping them is an Obligation)
- 10% goes to investments

Payoff the MOST Expensive Debt, not the Biggest Debt 1st.

If you don't have money, MAKE MONEY. If you have money, make sure it makes you more money! (basically passive income).
