The question pop up while i was reporting my case to the policewomen.
I could only answer her "mun nya dah nak jadi...gney2 pun jadi juak" (if things were to happen, it'll happen anyway)
In my heart I have a thousand answers. few of them would be
1) Nama tempat ya "Parking Space" obviously its a place to park a car.
2) I've been parking my car there since I could drive my car which was in yr 2000, nothing ever happened to me till last Saturday.
3) There were lots of people there, plus a school's family day there. Who would thought the theft is courage enough to break into my car!!
Anyways, like what Karthi said, its an Area Beyond Control. It already happened ANYWAY!. What i can do in the area of my control is, dont bring any valueble AT ALL while jogging.
Was a little bid annoyed with the police service, why cant re-occurrence reports be analyzed. In Malaysia, you have to make 2 reports in order to get the case be investigated. 1 is to get you official report done, next is to go to a main branch, report again to the investigator.
I think it sounds ridiculous, but i just knew it. The next thing they asked me was "who is your suspect"? "Its hard to investigate without suspect". How should i know??? i went to jog and tonnes of people were there!!... In my view, if they knew lots of reports (lots as in more than a crime a day) made in that area, just investigate lah!!!!
Sorry Police Force, your not up to the people's KPI, please improve the way to ease people to make investigation report!!!! On the other hand, I can congratulate the JPN staffs, they really can produce the IC within 1 day!! Mine was in an hour and half!!
Neways, i've lost almost RM400, not in cash (i have only rm20 in my wallet) but in terms of charges for the lost. Lost IC rm60, renew license rm30, credit cards rm50 each, bank cards rm15 each!!. Plus RM40 credit to call all the banks just to block my cards.
The biggest lost was..... the 3 week old Blackberry Bold 9780. yup. Now I'm Back to the olden days of Storm 2.
I have got my self a second hand samsung mini too. yeay!! Such a shopaholic!!

Kuching Puasa Trip
1) Home and Family
Just wishin that I could have spent more time with my parents and bring cheer in the house. Lots of things to do with my house for raya!!! thank god i'm having a longer leave between 24th Aug till 5th Sept!!!!!

Be Grateful
I attended a seminar by a magnificent couple namely Zulkifli and Fathiah, where Zul was a CEO of a multinational company and Fathiah previously owned an interior design business. Both of them retired through Passive Income Businesses and Investments. I had a privilege to enter an earlier session of the seminar, whereby there were more teachings on "how to walk the talk".
A few things I learnt from that talk was :-
1) Be Grateful with what have you achieved. In a search of financial security and having a better life, Stop for a while and think, what have you achieved now and list it down. We cannot achieve more than now if we are never to be grateful.
Things I have achieved last year
- I am grateful that I am in the business and I am Platinum in DEC 2011, that the business have changed me a lot to be wise financially and making me a better person.
- I am grateful I have a large group in my business organization that have provided me up to 15% bonuses.
- I am grateful I have capable business leaders in my organization who are very excited and committed growing their business to 21%, platinumship and beyond
- I am blessed to have a good career which has provided good active income and has brought me to many places.
- I am blessed that I am able to help my parents as much as I could when they needed me so much
- I am blessed that I have a beautiful caring fiance, that we are married on the 16th Dec 2011.
- I am grateful I have a new car
- I am gratefull I have enough and getting more to prepare for my marriage.
2) Always be kind to yourself. Stop talking about what is not happening in your life (when u expect more), coz what you say now is what you get later. Talk about your dreams, what you expect in life coz the more you affirm and believe it, more possibilities you will achieve.
3) Know what you are looking for. Know what is really important for you only then you know what to do, what to achieve, and the how will come later. Always Specify what you want. Easier for us to pray, easier for God to give, if you should get it.
4) Focus in what you want and in what you do. Have a Goal and a Deadline. You cant see what you'll achieve, but faith will get you there and fine tune the way.
I think there's more, but i dont know how to put it here. :)

POST 1-2011
Since facebook is easier to access, the blog has been consistently ter-dilupakan.
There are ups and downs of everything. Career up-biz non exponetial, biz up-career up, biz down-career below par, career down-biz up. so which is better? For me, making more money just makes me happy coz i can go shop more! hahahahaha
Just got back from kuantan, kemaman and kertih. I can live in those places coz it got Mcd and Cineplex. Wishin that my biz grows there too! Nice beaches too!
My new affirmation and seriously I must visualize it everyday :
I am having a bigger business this year.
making $$100K is just the starting point in 2011! ;)
why affirmation? As only an average of 3% of the population would write down what they want to achieve, surprisingly 97% of them are achieving it. Affirm what you want just like you already have it, thats why we put i'm!. Next is to put belief in and make the work. Well, there's no point to write when u dont believe in urself. Whats wrong giving a shot into something that can benefit you or things that satisfy you? If you are affirming that you are getting an Samsung Galaxy Tab in the year, yet the end result is an Ipad, it ain't that bad right? Something is better than nothing. So why don't we all start affirming?

Up In The Air
Selamat Hari RayaMonths n months n months since i've updated. Back from Beijing I watched Up in the Air of which starred George Clooney. Wow. how much time on air someone like him would've spent.
Non comparison to me, who only travel on air at twice a month at most, I felt sometimes, its good to travel and be at many places, I enjoyed it much. But while away, I would always feel its better to be at home. Home sweet home.
Last 11 days of Raya holidays makes me feel like going back home for good. When? To Be Identified later. When my passive income is good enough then it'll be time for me to be back there with my parents.
Ok.
